The apex academic body overseeing curriculum quality, examination standards, and faculty development across BHM and BITM programs.

Ensures the integrity, fairness, and timely conduct of all internal assessments, practicals, and examinations in compliance with TU norms.

Student Welfare Cell

Monitors student wellbeing, manages counselling services, oversees hostel facilities, and resolves student grievances within five working days.

Anti-Ragging Cell

Maintains a safe, respectful campus environment. All complaints are investigated within 48 hours. Zero tolerance policy strictly enforced.

Promotes faculty and student research, facilitates publication in academic journals, and organises the annual research symposium.

Academic Policy

Covers attendance requirements (minimum 80%), assessment weightage, grade appeals, academic misconduct, and the process for incomplete or medical deferrals. Updated annually before each academic year begins.

Code of Conduct

Defines expected behaviour for students, faculty, and staff on campus and in college-affiliated settings. Includes disciplinary procedures, appeals process, and the college’s anti-discrimination commitment.

Grievance Redressal

Any student, parent, or staff member may submit a formal grievance. The policy guarantees acknowledgement within 24 hours, investigation within 5 working days, and a written outcome within 10 working days.

Yes. Aarambha College is affiliated to Tribhuvan University (Faculty of Management), recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC), and registered with the Ministry of Education, Nepal. Both BHM and BITM are TU-approved programs with valid curriculum from the Faculty of Management.

Aarambha College is listed in the official Tribhuvan University affiliated college directory on the TU website (tu.edu.np). Our affiliation number and Faculty of Management registration are available at the Admissions Office. The UGC recognition can also be verified on the UGC Nepal website (ugcnepal.edu.np).

Submit a grievance via the Contact Us page, by email, or in writing at the Administrative Office. All grievances are acknowledged within 24 hours, investigated within 5 working days, and a written outcome is provided within 10 working days. Grievances may be submitted anonymously. Retaliation against a complainant is a disciplinary offence.

The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) conducts bi-annual academic audits, collects anonymous student feedback after each semester, and reviews faculty performance in consultation with department heads. Results are reported to the Academic Council and used to inform faculty development and curriculum review decisions.

Yes. Degrees from TU-affiliated colleges are recognised internationally. Graduates can pursue postgraduate studies and careers abroad with a TU degree. Many Aarambha graduates are currently employed in the Gulf, Europe, South-East Asia, and Australia. For specific country requirements, we recommend checking with the relevant country’s embassy or professional body.
